Order Flow
1. Customer places an order by email prowin_cs@hotmail.com
2. We send a final quotation to the customer via email..
3. Customer accepts the quotation and pays the order.
4. We confirm the payment and email the customer an order confirmation.
5. Arrange the order to pack and ship.
6. The Order is shipped. We send a shipment confirmation to the customer via email.
7. Customer receive the ordered items.

PAYMENT & TERMS INFO
Taxes & Import Duties
There will be no handling fees in any ordering. Also, we shall not be held responsible for any taxes & import duties. In some Countries, if you refuse your shipment, your Customs charge us for the duty you refused to pay, in that case you are then liable to us for that duty. Goods will be taxed according to local taxes. For more details, please contact the customs department of your country.
A 10% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order.
A 15% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order which included any upgrades or modifications.
Warranty or Guarantee and Refund
We provide warranty and guarantee on conditions. Our technical staff will ensure that all items shipped are in good and working conditions before shipping. We will NOT refund if the damage is caused by one or more of the followings:
Improper use
Disassembly and modification of the products.
If your product is found to be damaged by courier or due to factory defects, please contact us immediately. We will decide the appropriate action to be taken. But please make sure the product is 100% in new condition (Internal & External)
We reserve the right to decide whether you are eligible for refunds.
Trademark removal
In some countries, like the USA, it is required by customs regulations that the tip of the barrel of airsoft guns be painted with a bright color. Also, all non-licensed trademarks have to be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons. We provide trademark removal, muzzle painting and take apart for you without charge. Please notify us of this service if need.
However, if you insist that we do not, we will not guarantee delivery and we will not give any refunds if the items were confiscated. Please check the Customs of your country
We accept International orders. For some countries where Airsoft Guns or Reinforcement Parts is illegal, we can still ship the items to you, but we will not provide any guarantee delivery and we shall not be held responsible for any customs seizures/confiscation, no refund will be available in this case. For more details, please contact the customs department of your country.

Shipping Method Estimated time of arrival:
For airsoft guns only worldwide express is available.
For accessories and parts, you can choose the following methods:
Worldwide Express ( TNT & SPEEDPOST ) usually take 3-7days
Air Mail usually takes 2-3 weeks
Please ensure the mailing address is possible to ship to your state/country via above method.
We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
